Are these works genuinely original paintings?

 

Every single one.

 

Is there a mark of authenticity on my selected work?

 

Each original painting and giclée print has a specially designed Stamp of Authenticity and artist signature on the back.

 

BESPOKE ORDERS

 

Can I order a giclée print that is bigger or smaller than the original painting?

 

Absolutely. The print dimensions must be proportionate to that of the original work. Your giclée can be printed on stretch canvas or paper, see About Prints for options. To order a bespoke size giclée print, e-mail your requirements or phone the studio. Please allow 3 weeks for production.

 

I would like to commission a painting, how do I go about it?

 

E-mail or phone the studio to book a place on the commission waiting list. Waiting times vary throughout the year so we will advise you of the expected completion date. Works are created on a first come first serve basis. We will quote according to your requirements. A 33% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders. Check out Commissions for advise about things to consider before booking.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our online checkout system or payment through Paypal. If you experience any difficulty during the checkout process, please contact us immediately for assistance. Please note that your order will be sent once payment has cleared.

Delivery charges for orders within the U.K. will appear on your shopping cart.

 

When will my order be delivered?

 

Immediately available items will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Please allow 3 weeks for production and delivery of a bespoke order giclée print.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

What are my shipping charges?

 

Works on paper and unstretched canvas have relatively low packaging and shipping costs and these will appear on your shopping cart during the order process. Original paintings and giclée prints on stretched canvas will require a custom quote for shipping. Contact us by phone or e-mail and we will arrange a shipping quote for your selected item.

 

When will my order be delivered?

 

Immediately available items will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Delivery time will depend on which country we are shipping to. We will give you an estimated transit time with your shipping quote and then confirm the delivery date once the item has been shipped. Please remember to allow 3 weeks for production of a bespoke order giclée print.

 

POLICIES

 

What product guarantee do I have?

 

A painting or print may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or suitable exchange. The item must arrive back to us in good condition, unless it had originally sustained damage in transit. Once we receive the item, we will arrange the refund or exchange. We aim to refund you as quickly as possible, however, please allow 7 working days from receipt of item.

 

Will I get a full refund?

 

UK Residents will receive a full refund for all works on paper and unstretched canvases. For paintings and giclée prints on stretched canvas, you will receive a refund minus the cost of the packaging and delivery costs. The exception being a commission, where a 33% non-refundable deposit is required. It is therefore especially important that you take extra care to check the measurements of the space or wall before placing an order.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

 

All works are packed by a professional team of fine art packers, who have extensive experience in handling some of the most precious art works in the world, so your painting or print is quite literally in excellent hands.

 

Check the container on delivery before the carrier leaves. In the event that a work has sustained damage in transit and the container shows signs of damage on delivery, please refuse the package and ensure that the driver makes a note of the damage. You will receive a full refund for damage sustained during transit.

 

If the container is in good condition but the work appears to have been dropped, dented or damaged in any way, you will receive a full refund.

 

How do I return my order?

 

This will depend on the item and where you are based. Please contact the studio and we will advise you.
